HiGem provides informational assistance to tourists, helping them explore attractions, learn about rules of stay, and receive recommendations on local experiences such as restaurants, tours, and outdoor activities. The Service includes a web-based chat interface powered by a unique knowledge base and large language model (LLM) technology. Users can interact with the Service without registration, providing only language preferences and areas of interest to tailor recommendations.

We collect limited, non-personal information to optimize your experience. Importantly, we do not collect or store any sensitive personal information, such as names, age, date of birth, documents, phone numbers, or email addresses. Specifically, we collect:

  • Depersonalized Technical ID Number: We generate and retain a unique, anonymous technical ID linked to each user session.

  • Selected Language, Areas of Interest, and Chat History: To improve and tailor our responses within your session.
